Wren Perspectives

Real-world voices. Thoughtful facilitation. Learning that sticks.

The Idea

We bring real-world voices into learning experiences and pair them with expert facilitation to turn powerful stories into meaningful insight and behaviour change.

Because inspiration alone doesn’t create change - reflection and application do.

Our Philosophy

We prioritise authenticity over celebrity and insight over inspiration - because real stories, when thoughtfully explored, can shift thinking and behaviour in powerful ways.

We believe powerful stories can change how people think - but only when there’s space to reflect, connect, and apply the insight.

Our Wren Perspectives offer brings carefully curated real-world voices into learning experiences and pairs them with expert facilitation to turn inspiration into meaningful action.

Whether enhancing a programme, supporting a change initiative, or adding depth to an event, we help organisations move beyond motivation to real insight and behaviour change.

Why we created Wren Perspectives

Organisations often bring in speakers to inspire or energise their people. While these sessions can be powerful in the moment, the impact often fades because there isn’t space to connect the message to real challenges or translate insight into action.

We wanted to create something different — an approach that combines authentic perspectives with thoughtful learning design to create lasting impact.

What makes this different

Unlike traditional keynote speakers, our approach is designed around learning impact.

We focus on relevance, authenticity, and creating space for reflection so people can connect the story to their own reality.

  • Carefully curated voices, not celebrity keynotes
  • Real-world credibility and lived experience
  • Sessions designed around learning outcomes
  • Expert facilitation to deepen reflection
  • Focus on insight, application and behaviour change

Nathan Dring

Nathan speaks on three things he knows first-hand: the loneliness of running a business on your own, why most workplace training fails to change behaviour, and what actually matters once school and exams are behind you.

Each talk is built from a specific chapter of his own story, including the mistakes and the bad advice he took from good people.

His aim is to leave people with a different way of thinking about a problem they already recognise.

Don't just take our word for it - see our Wren Perspective in action

A speaker can have an impressive CV, a brilliant bio and a list of credentials as long as your arm. But what really matters is what happens when they step onto the stage.

A showreel gives you a taste of that.

The energy. The storytelling. The humour. The thinking. The connection.

It’s your chance to see a speaker in action and get a feel for whether their style, personality and message will land with your audience.

So have a watch. See who makes you sit up, think differently or want to hear more.

And when you find your person, we’ll take it from there.

We’re currently working behind the scenes to grow Wren Perspectives and bring together a carefully curated group of real-world voices who align with our values, approach, and focus on meaningful learning. Rather than building quickly, we’re taking our time to ensure each perspective we add is genuinely relevant, grounded, and able to add real depth to learning experiences.

If you have an immediate need or would like to explore bringing a real-world perspective into an upcoming programme or event, please get in touch — we’d be happy to talk through what’s possible with our current voices or through our wider network.
